Say hello to Zorro! Zorro is our zesty 1-year-old black and white DSH.

Zorro was recently adopted out from our centre, but came back to us through no fault of his own. Our lovely boy Zorro has managed settle back into cattery life fairly well, but can’t wait to get back into a home to call his own.

Zorro is definitely a homebody who loves his comforts and downtime. He loves a bit of fuss and gentle affection. However, don’t be fooled, Zorro likes affection on his own terms and will let you know when he’s had enough. Zorro has previously been in foster and it was reported that he is good with children over 8 and loves to play with wand sticks and any toy with cat nip. It was also reported by Zorro’s most recent previous owner, that he is very playful and high energy and really enjoys having someone around him for most of the day.

When it comes to being handled, it seems that Zorro isn’t overly keen on this, particularly around his back end. He does not enjoy being picked up and likes to bite the brush whilst being groomed. So, this is definitely a work in progress.

Zorro is able to use his cat flap and is fully litter trained

Zorro is best suited to a home with cat savvy children aged 8 and over who will respect his space. He really does not like other cats, so Zorro would have to be the only pet in the home.
